Founded 1992, the Canadian International Institute of Applied Negotiation (CIIAN), was the first pan-Canadian organisation to offer certificates in negotiation and mediation. Evan Hoffman continues in his parents' tradition of preventing and resolving destructive conflict and building sustainable peace at local, national, and international levels.
